An absolute top campsite in the Netherlands. Situated in the heart of the Betuwe region, it has so many facilities that you won't be bored for a second. The campsite is next to a huge recreational lake where you can have a go at lots of watersports.

Eiland Aquatura (a large covered water playground) is great for kids. Also, if the sun shows its face, there is Outdoor Adventura where they can ride a pony and/or play on the playgrounds. Extra water fun nearby: you have free access to the indoor swimming pool Sportplaza Tiel (12km from the campsite). For a nice dinner there's no need to leave the campsite. It has its own brasserie, pizzeria, pancake restaurant and a snackbar to choose from. There's also a hip beachclub beside the lake, a perfect spot for relaxing. Teenagers have their own special facilities and activities incuding a lounge room (with WiFi), a climbing wall and their own special entertainment team.

You will find Betuwe in the province of Gelderland. This is a region well-known for its apple and pear orchards. The area is also perfect for cycling and hiking over the dykes and beside the rivers. Day trips in the surrounding area include Burgers Zoo, the Dolphinarium and Wallerby World.
