Stay at this parc and you’ll be perfectly placed on the banks of lovely Lac du Jaunay, where you can try a spot of lake fishing, or hire a pedalo if you’re feeling a little more active. It’s a firm family favourite thanks to all of the activities for kids, animation programme and an impressive pool complex, complete with water slides and indoor pool. In addition to the popular bar, there are also some lovely food options here, including a popular takeaway.

The Pin Parasol bar/snackbar area is a spacious, modern indoor and outdoor facility offering cocktails, ice creams, paninis, hamburgers and other treats. Outside, on a huge fully furnished terrace, you will be able to enjoy food and drink, day to evening. Whether for take-aways or eating in-situ, the bar/snackbar area also offers home-made ice cream, crepes and sandwiches.

Local area
Families will love Le Puy du Fou, (1.5hrs away) where you can watch falconry, jousting, magic and music, all within a reconstructed Norman fort, a medieval town and an 18th-century village. They even have evening shows with a 1000 local actors dramatising history in front of your eyes. Or why not visit the lovely beaches at Brétignolles, which are just a short drive away. You can relax on the golden sand, and try and ice cream or two as you enjoy the sunshine.
