The fabulous aqua park on this parc is sure to keep the whole family entertained, with a mega nine water slides, including two Kamikaze water slides (for the over 10s only) and fun water features for young children - think frogs, penguins and toucans! The tropical island lagoon complex is surrounded by rock features, waterfalls and palm trees and has a superb view out to the surrounding mountains. There's also a covered pool, with water slides, which is heated to 28° in early and late season, so you can take to the water at any time of year.

Your nearest resort, Argelès-sur-Mer, is edged with a full seven kilometres of sandy beach and restaurant-lined promenade, perfect for evening strolls. Within an hour's drive, you can explore the historic city of Perpignan with its Palace of the Kings of Mallorca, visit the colourful harbour of Collioure with its Royal Castle and artist galleries or venture into the Albères mountains for hiking and mountain biking adventures. The Spanish border is nearby, making day trips to Figueres (home to the Dalí Museum) easy and fun. If you love wine, make time for a tour of the Banyuls and Collioure vineyards along the coastal routes, and take a bottle or two back to your holiday home. The medieval town of Céret, known for its Modern Art Museum and cherry orchards, is also worth a wander.
