Located between the resorts of Narbonne Plage and Gruissan, this campsite is nestled in the dunes. The campsite is known for its large water park, where you can have a blast in a large pool complex with sunbathing areas, four slides, and a hot tub. Children can have a great time playing on a water playground with fun play equipment. It's so convenient that you can alternate between the pool and a day at the beach. The sandy beach is just 400 meters from camping Campéole La Côte des Roses. Whether you swim or walk, you'll simultaneously enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.
Play until you can't anymore
You can relax and swim in the water, but it's also an excellent spot for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The coast can experience strong winds, known as the tramontana, making it ideal for surfers. Kids can also have a great time in the kids' club or the teen club. Additionally, you can indulge in a game of football, basketball, volleyball, or padel on one of the sports fields. During the summer months, there is daily entertainment for both young and older children.
From croissants to dinner
During your vacation, it's ideal to dine outside your tent, caravan, or rental accommodation from time to time. You don't need to leave the campsite for that. For an extensive dinner, head to the restaurant, and for a quick bite, visit the snack bar. You can also find all the ingredients for your homemade delicious meal on the campsite. There's a large supermarket with various products. At the bakery, you can get the irresistible French baguette in the morning. Or a tasty croissant, of course.
Things to do and see
There's plenty to do and see outside the campsite as well. You can go cycling around Narbonne Plage. The region has many bike paths, both along the Mediterranean Sea and inland towards Narbonne. There's a horse riding club located 3 kilometers from the campsite, which is great for kids to explore the area on horseback. Hikers will love exploring the Massif de La Clape. You can walk on numerous hiking trails through beautiful natural spots with many spectacular views.
Want to visit beautiful cities? Gruissan is just a 15-minute drive away. Visit the old castle or enjoy one of the many terraces. Narbonne is a half-hour drive away. Here, you can admire beautiful buildings like the town hall and the cathedral. A visit with the children to the Réserve Africaine de Sigean is highly recommended. It's like going on safari near the Mediterranean Sea. They won't forget this experience quickly.
