La Masia

Camping La Masia is situated in the beginning of the Costa Brava surrounded by natural passageways, sea and mountain. Originally the camping was a masia where typical farm wares where developed. This is where the name comes from. With the appearance of the tourists part of the terrain was dedicated as a camping for the tourists, while the rest of the terrain continued to serve for cultivation.

In the year 1959 it officially became a camping. From this point onward each time the campsite was dedicated more to tourism and less to attending the farms. With the passing of time the entire property became a camping and even more terrain was acquired afterward. As time passed for over fifty years the masia of Can Manel de l’Horta has transformed in what it is today, a comfortable and quiet family camping of about ten hectares of terrain, where you can enjoy the shadow of more then three thousand trees of different varieties besides gardens and playgrounds.

The camping La Masia in equipped with modern installations, so the visitor feels well. The reception will attend you with pleasure so you feel at home in Camping La Masia. They work hard daily so you don’t miss a thing during your stay, from purchases in the supermarket, the bakery, a nice meal in the restaurant, a drink in one of the bars, a refreshing or relaxing dip in the swimming pools, etc. And if you like to go out or have a great time, consult the day/night activity program, both for adults and children, you’ll have a great time.
