Morvan Rustique consists of 2 farm-houses and a big natural stone barn, all located in the middle of our terrain of 5 hectare. The buildings have been carefully restored and rebuilt into a private home and 4 cosy gîtes and chambres d’hôtes. In summer we also let 6 fully equipped family-tents for carefree camping.

Every accommodation has disposal of a spacious garden and apart from that we also have a collective recreation-ground with jeu-de-boules court, herb garden and a small swimming-pool (only in summer).
Apart from our Irish Cob horses we also keep some small animals like chickens, rabbits and goats in our ‘animals meadow’ .

Morvan Rustique is situated in the regional nature-reserve ‘du Morvan’, in the heart of Burgundy. The Morvan is a big nature-reserve, characterized by a hilly landscape, springs and creeks, oak-, beech-, and douglasfir-forests, hedges and meadows with charolais-cows and marvelous sights.

Een heel fijne vakantie doorgebracht met onze twee jonge kinderen. Zowel in een van de luxe tenten als in de gîte verbleven. De kinderen konden mooi vrijuit spelen en konden zich prima vermaken in de eenvoudige speeltuin en dierenweide. De georganiseerde wandelingen zijn een mooie manier op de geweldige omgeving te ontdekken. Uiteindelijk zijn we veel meer op locatie gebleven dan vooraf verwacht, omdat het daar zo fijn was. De door anderen beschreven maaltijden vielen ook bij ons goed in de smaak. Een mooie accommodatie waarin het doorzettingsvermogen van de eigenaren goed naar voren komt. Bevlogen blijven ze zich inzetten voor verdere aanvullingen op een mooie plek.
