Praha Klanovice was originally developed as a sports area for the newly built Klanovice district. It features a large swimming pool area and several sports grounds 700 metres away.
Despite being on the outskirts of Prague you won't notice anything of the busy city from your temporary home, but you can enjoy the birdsong! Campsite Praha Klánovice is located in a quiet area on the edge of Prague and offers every comfort. A beach bar, a snack bar, a small shop, two lovely new swimming pools with lawns which are great for sunbathing: this is the place to be.

Children can jump around on the trampolines and crawl through the pipes on the large, spectacular play equipment. There's everything they could possibly want!

The public transport is well organised and modern so there's no need to take your car when you want to visit the city centre. The bus stop is just a one minute walk from Praha Klánovice campsite and within 25 minutes you will find yourself in the picturesque centre of Prague, one of Europe's most beautiful cities. The historic centre is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to the well-known bridge over the Moldau river, the old Jewish quarter and the astronomy clock, there's also the 'golden alley' where Franz Kafka lived and the artists café of Slavia. It's advisable to buy a seven day travel card, which is very good value for money.

Also, in no time you can get to the nearby woods where you can go for lovely walks.

Klánovice is a quiet suburban area on the outskirts of Prague and is located next to a forest, which makes you forget you are so close to a large city.
