Visit the renaissance Château de Calmont, about half an hour away from the parc in the town of Espalion. Further afield, for art lovers there's the Museum of Art and Archeology, 54km away. Closer to parc are of course the watersports and fishing opportunities in the Truyère gorges and reservoirs.
