Roompot Vakantiepark Schaijk

Roompot Vakantiepark Schaijk

A vacation full of Brabant's coziness

In the beautiful natural scenery of North Brabant lies Roompot Holiday Park Schaijk. This quiet and stylish holiday park radiates Brabant's cordiality everywhere. The accommodations are charmingly situated by the water, and there is something for children to enjoy every day. The indoor play forest, a family restaurant with a water playground, and the bowling alley are just a few of the highlights. And for those who wish, there is also much to see and do in the surrounding area. From the De Maashorst nature reserve and the lookout tower in Herperduin to tasting the real Bossche Bollen in Den Bosch.

Fun at the water playground

Brabant's Schaijk is centrally located between the cities of Den Bosch and Nijmegen and on the edge of the De Maashorst nature reserve. Most accommodations are situated by the lake, so you wake up by the water every morning. Feeding ducks and fishing already provide some water fun, but it's nothing compared to the water playground next to the restaurant. Here, on warm days, children can spend hours enjoying water play equipment, sprinklers, and fountains.

A special family restaurant

While the kids are having a blast in the spray park, you can relax and enjoy a snack and a drink. And in between, the kids can join you for a cozy sit-down. The water playground is part of the family restaurant Charlie. This special restaurant is the central spot of Roompot Holiday Park Schaijk and caters not only to adults but also to children. This is evident, for example, in the menu featuring marshmallows that you can roast yourself over a fire. But also in the many play opportunities. Besides the water park, there is a complete indoor play forest located in the restaurant. Both in good and bad weather, this is a place where your children will love to go!

Wimmy the raccoon

There's lots to do at the holiday park. For fishing enthusiasts, there are various options to fish peacefully by the water. A cozy evening of bowling with the family? That's possible at the bowling alley! And if you're lucky, you might even meet the mascot Wimmy the Raccoon during your vacation. Will you give this friend to everyone a fist bump, hug, or high five?

Tasting real Bossche Bollen

Roompot Holiday Park Schaijk is situated amidst beautiful surroundings. Explore the nature of De Maashorst, where you can spot wild animals and plan adventurous cycling and hiking routes. Also, the Herperduin nature area (4 km) with a fun play forest and a high lookout tower is a great recommendation for the whole family. For a day trip, the cozy city center of Den Bosch (27 km) is a good tip. There, you can enjoy a delicious Bossche Bol. Or visit Nijmegen (26 km), the ancient Roman city on the Waal. Both cities have a cozy city center, museums, and many attractions. The fortress towns of Grave (9 km) and Ravenstein (10 km) are also worth a visit. Discover the history, stroll along the ancient city walls, and experience the atmosphere.
