The Gorges de l'Ardèche are within an hour's drive from the campsite. The descent by canoe down from the Pont d'Arc is a popular activity and, whilst the river may be busy with canoes, it still remains an unforgettable experience. There are various walking trails through the Gorges. Enjoy pleasant walks along narrow paths, with a mix of exciting climbs and descents. Just an hour's drive from the campsite is Caverne du Pont d'Arc where you can view well-preserved prehistoric drawings. This unique site has recently been added to the UNSECO World Heritage List.
