Beautifully situated on the lakeside and set in the grounds of a 14th Century monastery, this parc enjoys a quite unique ambience. So it’s good to see that the old buildings have been renovated so sympathetically to house the delightful bar and restaurant.

With breathtaking mountain views, a lovely swimming pool and sunbathing area this parc really is delightful. Naturally, the lake is a popular place for swimming and watersports, or venture a little further to the beautiful ‘opera’ city of Verona. With the Alps all around, there is always somewhere worth seeing close to hand and Lake Idro and Lake Iseo are also within easy reach.

The campsite has a private beach where you can relax and soak up the sun and a lively day and evening entertainment programmes for both young and old! Regular sports tournaments are also organised and horse riding lessons are available. Visit the restaurant or pizzeria for a delicious meal.

It's always a matter of preference, but for many people the rugged western shores of Lake Garda are much more interesting than the flatter eastern side.

There are options in all directions from Camping Toscolano if you prefer alternating between lovely lazy days and trips to interesting places on holiday. A boat trip on Lake Garda will take you past picturesque harbour towns like Garda and Lazise. And a visit to Gardaland Amusement Park is sure to be a holiday highlight for the kids. Do you want peace and quiet? Then head inland from Lake Garda, where you will find plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and enjoying the stunning countryside. If you are a keen surfer or sailor, you'll love it here because the west coast of Lake Garda is regarded as one of the best areas for practising these sports!
