Tenuta Squaneto

Tenuta Squaneto is a lovely, small-scale glamping site in the beautiful Italian region of Piedmont, run by Dutch owners. Situated in the green hills on the border with Liguria, this site offers peace, space, and comfort. Guests enjoy spacious, sunny pitches and excellent facilities. There is a small shop on-site for daily essentials and fresh bread.

Swimming, Splashing, and Playing
The fantastic pool area is the highlight of the grounds. It features two connected pools: a large 25-metre pool (1.10m to 1.40m deep) perfect for swimming laps, and a delightful toddler lagoon. The lagoon has a gently sloping entry (max depth 40cm) and features water-spouting turtles, a frog carousel, and a small slide. It is a safe haven for the youngest guests. The poolside bar is conveniently located nearby for refreshing drinks and ice creams.

Outdoor Fun
Two playgrounds, located on both the upper and lower levels, provide hours of entertainment with climbing frames, swings, and sandpits. There is also a small sandy beach area near the pond for digging and playing (please note: swimming in the pond is not allowed). However, the small river that flows around the campsite is perfect for paddling and cooling off. Active guests can enjoy the football pitches and beach volleyball court, or explore the surrounding hilly countryside on foot or by bike.

Located just a 45-minute drive from the charming Flower Riviera and backed by a world-class wine region, Tenuta Squaneto is the perfect base for day trips. Liguria offers Mediterranean delights like pesto and olive oil, while Piedmont is the birthplace of the Slow Food movement. It is world-renowned for its 'King of Wines', the Barolo, and the delicate white truffles of Alba.
