Camping Il Poggetto is a friendly, terraced campsite set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, close to the famous Chianti countryside. Thanks to its hillside location, the campsite offers lovely views over the surrounding landscapes.


The cultural city of Florence can be reached in about 45 minutes, and a bus stop is located directly at the campsite, making it easy to explore the region without a car.


At the heart of the campsite, surrounded by pine trees, you’ll find the swimming pool, a pleasant place to cool off on warm summer days or relax on a sun lounger. There is also a Near the Chianti countryside for younger guests.


Children have plenty to do, with a playground, table tennis and volleyball facilities. In the high season, an animation team organises activities to keep children entertained.


Adults can enjoy the relaxed Tuscan atmosphere of the campsite. In the evening, you can dine at the campsite restaurant, where local dishes are served. From the terrace, you can enjoy a drink and admire the sunset over the Tuscan hills – the perfect way to end a holiday day.

Een fijne niet te grote camping, goed restaurant en perfecte ligging om Florence en alle andere leuke Toscaanse plekjes te bezoeken. Sanitair wordt goed bijgehouden. Fijn zwembad.

TIPS:

"De camping ligt centraal. Je kunt vanaf hier eenvoudig naar Florence, Siena en San Gimignano"

Mooi zwembad en prima restaurant. Ligging is fijn tov Florence. Kortom prima locatie en fijn verblijf in een prachtige streek.

Fijne camping, niet té groot en goed sanitair, schoon en redelijk nieuw. De camping is keurig aangelegd, deels met terrassen. Verder is de centrale ligging zeker een pré! Je kunt van hieruit alle bezienswaardigheden bezoeken. Het restaurant is zeker voor een camping goed, gezellig en vriendelijk personeel. Hebben heerlijk kunnen genieten van de zon en water aan het zwembad, lekker rustig en genoeg ligbedden ( in het weekend wel veel bezoekers van buiten de camping).

Fijn zwembad, aardig personeel, sanitair minpuntje. ( gelukkig eigen sanitair in stacaravan) Super lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Veel te zien in de omgeving en allemaal goed te bereiken ook met de auto.
