Camping Rosapineta Sud is a friendly family campsite located directly on a wide sandy beach at the edge of the Po Delta Park, close to Chioggia and within easy reach of Venice and Ravenna. Thanks to its excellent facilities, extensive entertainment programme and lovely swimming pool, it guarantees a fantastic holiday for the whole family.

Beach, sea and plenty of activities
This child-friendly campsite features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, sun loungers and parasols. Active guests can enjoy a game of volleyball or work out in the fitness room. For a tasty meal, visit the campsite restaurant, which also offers takeaway options. There are two bars where you can relax with refreshing drinks. Daily groceries are available at the small on-site supermarket.

For the youngest guests, there is a dedicated children’s pool and plenty of fun activities, such as Nutella parties and watermelon celebrations. Adults can enjoy a varied day and evening entertainment programme, while teenagers can have fun at the lively on-site disco.

Camping Rosapineta Sud is located in the heart of the green Po Delta, a unique natural area that is perfect for exploring by bicycle. Bicycles can be hired directly at the campsite.

In the surrounding area, you will find several charming towns and cities well worth a visit. These include Rovigo (with the Church of Santa Maria del Soccorso), Chioggia (a picturesque fishing town often compared to Venice), Venice, Verona (famous for its opera performances), Treviso (with its 15th-century city walls), Padua and Pomposa.

A highlight in the region is the ancient Abbey of Pomposa Abbey. Located in the heart of the Po Delta, between the former ducal hunting grounds of Mesola and the Mezzano nature reserve, this centuries-old Benedictine abbey consists today of the church, bell tower and remains of the monastery and courthouse. During the Middle Ages, it was not only one of the richest and most powerful abbeys in Italy, but also an important spiritual centre.
