Roca Grossa

About 50 km north of Barcelona lies the seaside resort of Calella. Calella is located just south of Blanes and Malgrat. At Camping Roca Grossa, you can enjoy sun, sea, beach and forest in a friendly, family-oriented setting. The bay of Roca Grossa is only 100 metres from the campsite and can be reached on foot via a footpath. This is the perfect place for a wonderful sun, sea and beach holiday.

The campsite is set in a wooded area and built against a hillside.
Because the holiday accommodations are located on the slopes, you’ll enjoy beautiful views over the sea and a good level of privacy. Due to its hillside location, there are some steep roads, which makes the campsite less suitable for guests with limited mobility. On warm days, you can cool off in the swimming pool, or choose something more active and meet up on the tennis court. In July and August, an entertainment programme is organised. After a day by the water, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the campsite restaurant.

The Pyrenees, whose foothills gradually flatten into a barren meseta in the south, are very popular with winter sports enthusiasts and hikers alike. Culture lovers are also well catered for, with the cities of Girona and Barcelona both easily accessible. Figueres, the birthplace of artist Salvador Dalí, is another absolute highlight. The inland areas of the Costa Brava are still largely overlooked by tourists, and unjustly so, as they offer a true cultural adventure.
