Camping Village Stoja is a perfect place for a relaxed camping holiday, to discover the unique holiday region of Istria in Croatia. It is an attractive and quiet family camp site by the sea, just three kilometres from the historic town of Pula on the most southerly point of Istria. The beach nearby allows you to also enjoy a wonderful holiday in the sun.The camp site is located on the Stoja headland, one of the most picturesque parts of this already beautiful coastal area of Istria. Thanks to its natural beauty and calm this is an idyllic spot, situated among the pine forests and abundant mediterranean vegetation. You can enjoy the welcome shade of the camp site while looking out across the sea.
The pebble beaches slope down gently making this most suitable for small children. The water here is clear and clean. there are various sports facilities including tennis, basketball, minigolf and surfing.You can rent surfboards and mountain bikes here.
The historic and lively port city of Pula is a short distance away from the most southern tip of Istria. This port city is not only known for its historic and cultural attractions such as the Roman amphitheatre and the charming shops in the narrow streets, but also for its very long coastline. The coast is characterised by miles of long, hilly and beautiful rocky beaches. It is an excellent place for boat tours. We also recommend a day trip to the National Park of Brijuni.

Onze ervaring op deze camping was op vele punten kortom slecht. Sanitair niet schoon en veel te weinig voor het aantal personen. Personeel niet hulpvaardig en al helemaal niet blij dat wij er waren gezien hun gezicht dat continu op onweer stond. Veel herrie 's nachts.

Zomervakantie 2017 was werkelijk fantastisch op deze rustig gelegen camping. Iedere dag weer volop genoten van het uitzicht op zee. De stacaravans waren iets of wat gedateerd maar wel goed bijgehouden, zeker die van ons. Wij hebben veel in het water gelegen wat een mooi water hier. Verder op de camping ook sanitair gebruikt, wij zagen dat er eigenlijk te weinig sanitair aanwezig was voor het aantal bezoekers maar ondanks dat toch goed schoon gehouden.

De ligging van deze camping is werkelijk fantastisch en het centrum van Pula op korte afstand. De bus stopt voor de camping, dus dan ben je er zo. Strand niet te druk in hoogseizoen. Het zou mooi zijn als ze alle oude gebouwen verwijderen of oppimpen het geeft een beetje armoedig gezicht. Tot middernacht veel drukte op de camping maar daarna rust. Restaurant ongezellig, oubollig. Verder was onze stacaravan ook wat gedateerd maar wel schoon en elke 3e dag schoon linnengoed.

Hebben op camping Stoja een stacaravan gehuurd, welke ons goed is bevallen. Wij stonden dicht bij het strand dat uit rotsen en kiezels bestaat en hele blauwe zee. Top om te zwemmen en te zonnen. Eten op de camping zeker aan te raden, je moet wel wat geduld hebben, maar ach het is vakantie toch? Hadden zelf boot bij en daar is deze camping goed op ingesteld. Heerlijk was het om hier te zien.
