The Nouzarède campsite is located in a super spot, just outside the medieval village of Joyeuse and a few paces to the La Baume river. With the number of hours of sunshine here in the Ardêche, the swimming pool and the beach on the Baume will probably be your favourite places this holiday.Enjoy water fun in the swimming pool, the river, the children's pool or the jacuzzi.

Do you like participating in sports and entertainment activities?Then perhaps you might like to join the aqua gym class or sing your heart out at karaoke evening? No need to worry about dining. Relax and sit down in the campsite restaurant or enjoy a takeaway meal on your own terrace. Tasty and easy. After all, it is your holiday!

Fancy going canoeing on the Baume or taking a walk to charming medieval Joyeuse. Be sure to dine at one of the restaurants in Joyeuse and try a dish with chestnuts, the local specialty. Flop down on a chair on a terrace in the shade or browse in the nostalgic shops. Or take a stroll on Wednesday through the (very large) local market in search of regional delicacies. Other beautiful places in the area are Balazuc that appears to be stuck on the banks of the Ardèche, Largentière with the bishop's castle, Ruoms with the summer night market and Vogüé on the list of 'most beautiful villages'. And what about the natural attractions? The Pont d'Arc over the Ardèche, the cave of Chauvet with old wall paintings or the beautiful stalactite cave of L'Aven d'Orgnac.
