The child-friendly Camping Les Grottes de Roffy is located on one of the most beautiful green hills in the Dordogne and has perfect facilities. The campsite is sloping/terrace-shaped and the camping pitches are nicely spacious. The rental accommodations are playfully spread across the campsite. Peace, hospitality, good food and very friendly staff are the key words at the campsite.

A fun holiday starts at this campsite
The campsite is run by a very friendly and enthusiastic couple. With a lot of effort and enthusiasm, a French family has built a beautiful campsite near Sarlat, Les Grottes de Roffy, a special holiday spot. The campsite is located around a number of authentic buildings, in which The restaurant, bar, shop and home of the campsite owners are located here. Nice swimming pool with water slide (a spacious heated outdoor swimming pool, separate children's play pool and a paddling pool), lots of atmosphere and space for sports and games. The Four Star campsite is located near the old market town of Sarlat in the heart of the Dordogne. It is a wonderful place to spend your holiday: the atmosphere is relaxed, the facilities are perfect. b> A great restaurant with delicious regional dishes. A cafeteria/pizzeria for takeaway meals. A small simple shop, here you can get the most important groceries and order bread. A large supermarket is a 15-minute drive away.

The Dordogne is a popular region with Dutch people
This is not only due to the varied natural beauty, but also because the landscape invites you to an active holiday for the whole family. You can canoe to your heart's content on the rivers Dordogne, Vézère, and Dronne, alternating between gorges, castles, forests and corn fields. The landscape is also very suitable for walking and cycling trips (sporty cyclists), mountain biking and horse riding.--

Een groot feest om hier te mogen zijn. Alles mooi te overzien, fijn zwembad en heerlijk en gezellig gegeten. Keurig, beetje ouderwets, maar prima sanitair. Kastelen, Sarlat en alles in deze omgeving mooi.

Grotty is een heeeerlijke camping. Niet perfect met alles super schoon en tot de puntjes verzorgd. Maar lekker frans. Het personeel is erg gastvrij en super sympathiek. We hebben veel lieve mensen leren kennen en onze kinderen hadden een leuke groep vrienden.

Zijn hier 2 dagen, wat een mooi plekje en wat een gastvrijheid. Vanaf onze staanplaats kijken wij uit op de groene heuvels. Op het terras kun je heerlijk relaxen en het eten is super lekker. Ook de kinderen kunnen hier lekker eten ( die op dit moment niet bij ons zijn) maar wij zien ze om ons heen wel smullen. De staanplaatsen zijn ruim. De organisaties die hier staan, Eurocamp, Tentocamp hebben hun accommodaties op mooie ruime plaatsen staan. ecamp verhuurt hier de stacaravans van camping Les Grottes de Roffy en deze zien er mooi en luxe uit. Het zwembad is niet supergroot maar mooi aangelegd en je kunt er lekker een baantje in zwemmen of afkoelen na een fijne wandeling. Het sanitair is heel netjes, (beetje donker maar ook daar is aan gedacht, overal een eigen lichtpunt). Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug, zodat we wat langer kunnen genieten van omgeving en de gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw en gastheer.

Superplek. Dit is een paradijs op aarde. Gastvrouw en gastheer supervriendelijk. En dan die leuke honden, we missen ze nu al. De plek waar wij hebben gestaan had een heerlijk uitzicht over de heuvels. s'Avonds heerlijk gegeten en daarna een optreden (akoestisch). Onze kinderen hadden het prima naar de zin bij het zwembad, niet supergroot maar helemaal OK.
