Camping Le Roussillon is a peaceful and relaxing campsite in the beautiful Pyrénées-Orientales. With a great range of facilities and just 1.5 miles from a picturesque beach, it’s ideally located for a family holiday in the sun.

It’s a great family campsite just 2.5km from the beach (in July and August there is free transort by minibus) and the Watersports Centre. This ideally situated campsite offers you many possibilities for great days out. You could visit the beach, or take a beautiful day trip to the Pyrenees, or just cross the border into Spain.

The campsite is spread over three hectares of grounds with a backdrop of Canigou and the Albères mountain range. The seaside resort of St Cyprien is only a 5 minute drive from the campsite. The excellent on-site facilities include a restaurant, bar and bakery, as well as an excellent swimming pool, children’s pool and waterslide. The whole family will be kept busy with a children’s club and evening entertainment on offer during high season.

Soak up the evening atmosphere in the lovely Argeles sur Mer and don’t forget to pay a visit to Collioure with it’s many artists or the old centre of Perpignan.
The campsite organises many excursions not to be missed. When you decide to stay at the campsite there is certainly no chance for boredom. You can still enjoy the peace while reading a book beside the new pool, while watching the kids have fun on the waterslides. Here you have sun, sea, and many places of interrest.

The tranquil harbour town of St Cyprien is a 25 minute walk or you can make use of the free daily train which runs from the campsite to St Cyprien. St Cyprien has an excellent selection of restaurants with all the facilities you'll need on your holiday. The larger resorts of Canet and Argelès-sur-Mer are just a short drive away. The campsite is 1.5 miles from a picturesque beach, easy reached by a leisurely bike ride or take the free shuttle.

If it's adventure you're looking for then take a trip to Aqualand in St Cyprien (6 mins drive) when you can try the river twist and the Niagara slides - it’s a full day of fun! Further up the coast there is a Safari Park at Sigean, and for a longer excursion, visit the medieval fortress city of Carcassone.
