Camping Le Phare occupies a unique position on the ‘Côte d'Opale’ in France, just 5 minutes from Boulogne-sur-Mer. This attractive campsite is situated quite literally on a cliff, and just 50 metres from the crashing waves of the sea below. Come and enjoy a fantastic holiday just 1.5 km from the famous beach of Portel. The surroundings of campsite Le Phare are home to a collection of fishing villages and harbours, and are perfect for hiking trips along the dikes and cliffs that pepper the coast.

At this friendly and spacious campsite you can relax in the peaceful surroundings of your emplacement while enjoying the unique views of the English Channel or you can take part in one of the many activities available on site. Children will love le Phare d’Opale too. With a site-run children’s club, playground and games room, there’s more than enough to keep the kids entertained.

Boulogne-sur-Mer boasts a castle museum and sealife centre with aquariums and exhibitions on marine fauna. Campsite Le Phare organises activities for young and old throughout July and August, including the card game Jass, petanque competitions and themed evenings. For teenagers there is a youth club. There is minigolf and family evenings for enjoyment with the whole family. Throughout the summer the campsite offers fresh bread to enjoy in the mornings with your breakfast, plus there's a bar for a refreshing drink or an ice cream. The campsite also features a grocery shop.
