Four-star Camping La Ferme is located near Lathuile on the southern side of Lake Annecy. This green terraced campsite offers neat pitches spread across different levels, as well as a range of accommodation options. The friendly owner is always ready to assist guests. From the southern shore, an excellent cycle path leads all the way to Annecy.


Comfort and relaxation by the lake
The campsite features a modern sanitary building. During high season, you can visit the restaurant and enjoy an ice cream on the terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. The swimming pool is partly covered and heated, perfect for cooling off after a bike ride. Sun loungers are available around the pool. Children can enjoy high-season activities (in French), a bouncy castle and organised games at the kids’ hut. There is also a multi-sports ground and bicycles can be hired on site. Outside high season, fresh bread can be ordered for the morning.


Cycling around Lake Annecy
Annecy lies 17 km away and is well worth a visit, with its historic old town, Rue Sainte-Claire and the romantic Pont des Amours. Chamonix (60 km), Geneva (around 1 hour) and Albertville (host of the 1992 Winter Olympics) are also excellent day trips. In the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy hiking, rock climbing or mountain biking. From the southern side of the lake, higher Alpine regions towards Ugine, Megève and Bourg-Saint-Maurice are within easy reach.

Wij zijn hier 4 dagen geweest en de ligging is fantastisch. Onze kampeerplaats was lekker ruim en wij keken uit op stacaravans. Het sanitair was keurig, modern en schoon. Verder was er een zwembad niet erg groot maar precies goed zo in het voorseizoen. Wij hebben hier 4 dagen gefietst, met name rondom het meer. De ligging van de camping met uitzicht op het immense gebergte is geweldig. Wij moesten 2 dagen eerder vertrekken en hadden helaas al betaald voor die dagen, jammer maar helaas inderdaad. Verder was het personeel aardig. Ook jammer dat het restaurant pas half juni open ging. Daartegenover zijn er in de omgeving restaurants genoeg. Wij hebben twee keer gegeten in Annecy, beetje buiten het oude centrum om. Kortom onze eerste ervaring met een camping in de Haute Savoie is ons erg goed bevallen.
