Camping Bella Sardinia is one of the most lovely campsites on one of the most beautiful islands. This little paradise is set on the west coast of Sardinia, in a stunning location in the middle of a large natural paradise on the Sinis-Penisula, directly along the wild white sandy beach called ‘Is Arenas’ (famous for its sea turtles), it is also set at the bottom of the mountain Montiferru (1050m) which is an excellent place for hiking.

The campsite is situated in the middle of a beautiful pine forest and has some great facilities. Including a restaurant, a pizzeria; several barbecue places and a small supermarket where you can shop and have access to fresh fruit and vegetables and newspapers. There is a good swimming pool with a separate pool for young children. The large sandy beach is next to the campsite. Enjoy a pleasant evening with a glass of local Sardinia wine and dinner at the campsite's restaurant and dance the night away to romantic Italian music. Take a low cost flight to Alghero/Sassari airport, not far from the campsite.

The advantage of an island is that there's always a smooth wind blowing away the summer heat. Enjoy a walk through the forest area off the peninsula Sinis' coast. The exciting city of Oristano is around 30 kilometres from the campsite. Visit the Monte Ferru national park or the Lake Omodeo area, a reservoir with dams in a natural environment. You may see some flamingoes if you're lucky. The island's rich history is near the ancient temples of Antas and in the capital Cagliari on the south coast of the isle. There's a friendly harbour area and plenty of North African influences from the times when the Moors occupied the island. There is a whole world of natural history, architecture and stunning scenery to surprise and inspire you here in Sardinia and it is all within easy reach of Camping Bella Sardinia.

Prima camping tussen de bomen en bij de zee. Supervriendelijk personeel en prima restaurant met campingmenu. Wel kleine plek voor onze stacaravan waardoor we wat privacy misten. We zaten vlakbij het restaurant met iedere avond harde muziek van de animatie. Deze kan best wat minder hard. Bovendien elke avond dezelfde liedjes. De animatie is vooral gericht op kleine kinderen. De omgeving is erg mooi met mooie stranden, maar deze camping zouden wij niet meer kiezen.

Begin augustus hier 7 nachten verbleven. We woonden in een nette stacaravan met airco. Het zwembad is netjes met genoeg ligbedden. Het omliggende terras kan hier en daar wel wat aandacht krijgen, loszittende planken. Gezellig animatieteam. Het kleinere supermarktje op 10 minuten van onze camping was prima had ook een geldautomaat. Het sanitair op de camping zelf is netjes maar wel wat ouder.

Fijne schaduwrijke camping met leuke animatie. Fijn was dat wij zo het strand op konden lopen. Heerlijk gegeten in het erg goede restaurant. De winke is eigenlijk te duur, gewoon uit eten gaan. Animatie heel hard en duidelijk aangwezig.

Drukke camping in het hoogseizoen. Schoon sanitair. Veel schaduw, fijn zwembad (strenge badmeester) Heerlijk strand. Lekker eten bij het restaurant op de camping zelf. Hadden fijne bungalowtent van Rent een Tent, prima wel wat verder van het keurige sanitair.

In het voorjaar op Bella Sardinia geweest en wij vonden dit een goede camping. Het was in juni erg rustig. Je vindt op de camping veel speeltuintjes en verder een goed zwembad. Sanitair werd goed bijgehouden, dat is bij deze drukte natuurlijk wat makkelijker. In het voorseizoen geen animatie of herrie gehoord, alleen genoten van de rust, ruimte en groen.

Het sanitair was een heeeeele grote ramp, goor, stuk, lauw etc.etc. De camping ligt heel mooi, maar wil je iet zien van de caming bereid je voor op een flinke reis. Sardinie is een fantastisch eiland. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug op dit eiland, maar de camping? nee laat maar.
