Camping Bijar is a peaceful family campsite located in the beautiful Bijar Bay on the island of Cres. Set within a century-old pine forest, the terraced grounds provide ample shade and a refreshing sea breeze. The historic town of Osor is just a 500-metre walk away. The site features 250 shady pitches, alongside convenient facilities such as a mini-market, a restaurant, and modern sanitary blocks including family and accessible washrooms, plus dedicated dog showers.

Sports and Coastal Adventures
For those who enjoy staying active, the site offers a volleyball court, table tennis, and a basketball area. Water sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the boat moorings, or try their hand at windsurfing, sailing, and diving. Although the beach at the campsite is rocky, several small bays with pebble beaches perfect for families are located nearby. A particularly lovely pebble beach can be found 100 metres towards Osor, situated near the atmospheric ruins of an old monastery.

History and Hiking
A stone's throw from the site lies Osor, known as the 'museum town' for its wealth of archaeological monuments and historic buildings. Beyond the town, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling. For a true challenge, hike to the peak of Televrin (588m) on Mount Osoršćica. This vantage point offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Cres island, the Lošinj archipelago, and the Croatian mainland.
