International makes it all easy, lying as it does on an island of the Seine in the lovely Paris suburb of Maison-Laffitte. The beauty of International is the ease with which it brings you into Paris Gard du Nord via the nearby railway station with its rapid, frequent service day or night. You should note however, that you may hear trains and barges from your accommodation. Opening at Easter, this is an ideal destination for a short break in its own right, or as a memorable stop during your main holiday.

Just a kilometre from the parc is the town of Maisons Laffitte, where there are cafés, restaurants and the train station that takes you direct to Paris in one direction and direct to Disneyland® Resort Paris in the other. Using your train ticket you can explore Paris via the city's excellent Metro system. To the west of Paris is Versailles and Louis XIV's incredible palace. For art lovers, visit Monet's garden just over 47km away from the parc.
