Camping les Amiaux is a popular campsite on the vibrant Vendée coastline, close to St Jean-de-Monts. It'siIn the heart of a country park, just 700 m from sandy beaches. This site has been welcoming families since 1960 for precious family moments. The well-shaded 40 acres of grounds have plenty to offer: a huge indoor and outdoor water park, a children's club, a programme of activities and a gentle way of life. For those looking for some adventure, why not try a trip to the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu?

The water park is fun for both young and older children, featuring 3 water slides for 3 kinds of wild rides. The smallest children can safely explore the paddling pool equipped with water-spitting animals. The activity leaders at les Amiaux are more than happy to help your children have a wonderful stay. Shows, activities and masses of workshops, their dyas will be packed full. A delightful cocktail of games, surprises, happiness and laughter, joy for the whole family!

There are great activities for everyone - this is the promise at Amiaux. These activities take place between Monday and Friday, for the enjoyment of the whole family. Our activity leader will plan a schedule, organising rounds of pétanque, volleyball matches and table tennis tournaments.

On your bikes! Yes, because the les Amiaux campsite can offer all you need for a natural and sport-filled holiday! Rent out our adult bikes (or mountain bikes for the more adveturous) children’s bikes, or adult bikes with child seats, for the smallest children.

The nearby equestrian centre offers great horseback rides along the St-Jean-de-Monts beach, beautiful, like scenes out of a film. Those looking for thrills can give kitesurfing a try or the tree top adventure course. Be careful though...! Don’t miss a round trip on the “cruise ship” to the Isle of Yeu, on any of a number of boats that make the journey several times a day. What’s more, the city and its sponsors are committed to responsible tourism, allowing you to enjoy your holiday to the full.

Leisure activities include Thalassotherapy in Saint Jean de Monts (Thermes Marins), thalassotherapy and balneotherapy in Sables d'Olonne (Fitness centre and spa thalassotherapy institute), Atlantic Toboggan at Saint Hilaire de Riez, Océanile at Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile, zoo at Sables d'Olonne, Sealand acquarium at Noirmoutier, Parc du Puy du Fou.
