Imagine yourself in your holiday bungalow near the IJsselmeer and the oldest town on the IJsselmeer coast, Medemblik. You can enjoy peaceful fishing or go out by boat. The children can take a refreshing dip in the lovely heated indoor swimming pool with slide. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for cycling trips and excursions. In the evening, you can have a good time in the atmospheric restaurant at the park. During the summer holidays, the recreation team organises a fun programme for all ages for 4 weeks.

Enjoy a day at the IJsselmeer
Back in your holiday home, you will enjoy another wonderful day at the IJsselmeer. The detached luxury homes are all located along open fishing and boating waters. Each home has its own six-metre jetty. You can bring your own boat, but it is also possible to rent one. You can choose between a whisper boat, motorboat or a sloop. Discover the surroundings of Medemblik by boat from the Zuiderzee holiday park.

The children will have a great time in the lovely swimming pool with a long slide. You can also relax in the whirlpool. For the youngest children there is a children's pool with a small slide.

Soak up culture in picturesque towns
From your holiday home, you can sail to various recreational areas in the area. The city centre of Medemblik can also be reached by boat. Stroll through charming Medemblik, where old gables and houses adorn the narrow streets. Imagine yourself in the Middle Ages in Radboud Castle, learning (and tasting!) all about beer in Radboud city brewery. Enkhuizen also has beautiful monumental buildings, defences and, of course, the Zuiderzee Museum. Other towns worth a visit are the cheese town Alkmaar and the cosy Hoorn, where you'll also soon marvel at the monumental buildings and beautiful canals.
