Bordering the Adriatic Sea and surrounded by lush vegetation lies Camping Oasi, a beautiful holiday village in Sottomarina near Chioggia on the Venetian coast. Choose among the various entertainment and recreational possibilities offered by this facility: organised activities for adults and kids, excellent fish restaurants, a private beach, two fantastic pools, and much more. And there are so many other possibilities just outside the grounds: a dock for boats and yachts, bike paths, and – just a few kilometres away – beautiful cities full of history and art, such as Venice, Padua, Verona, and Ravenna.

The central point of the site is the private beach. There is also a small harbour for pleasure boats. A wonderful location therefore for watersports enthusiasts looking for a really special holiday in Italy. Just walk out of the camp site and you can go water skiing, windsurfing and sailing. If you don't bring your own boat there are boats available for hire.

Oasi camp site has two swimming pools. The youngest guests can live life to the full with the water slides and water games. There is also play equipment for older children as well as sport on the tennis court or basketball field. Delicious Italian meals can be eaten in the restaurant.

Shops, outdoor cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in the tourist town of Sottomarina. The town is situated on a peninsula on the southern side of the Venetian lagoon. Historic Chioggia is just around the corner and boats regularly depart the harbour for Venice 40 km). The sea crossing is beautiful; once in the town you'll be lost for words by the beautiful palaces, canals and piazzas in this town which was once the centre of western civilisation. You'll have to make time to visit 'the real' Venice as well, of course.
