Nestling in woodland alongside the sandy beaches of the Costa Dorada, Playa Montroig provides the perfect spot for a family holiday. Priding itself in meeting the highest of standards, this resort-style campsite offers a wide range of facilities...
The campsite swimming pool is a full 300 sq. m in area and there’s a separate children’s pool. This beautifully sculpted complex is a jungle paradise featuring lagoon pools and waterslides, designed with families in mind. The entertainments team organizes pool activities, including aqua gym, water games and swimming lessons. Surrounding the pool is a garden with a cafeteria and patio, with parasols put out for you to sip on your refreshing drink in the shade. Various activities are arranged in the pool regularly, including aquarobics, water games and a range of swimming lessons.
Numerous sports and leisure pursuits are available, including the chance to try new arts and crafts. There are well-run clubs for adults and children, an activity centre, a games room and a theatre.
If you like to get out and about for some sightseeing, the magnificent Montsant Mountain range and fascinating Barcelona are both within striking distance of Playa Montroig, though we do recommend that customers have use of a car when staying at this parc. A friendly and hospitable at the Sunday market, a visit to Port Aventura theme park or eating a tasty ice cream on the promenade at Salou are all quite possible from Camping Resort Playa Montroig.

Wat een opluchting, na een lange reis, direct onze mobile home mogen inrichten. Alles piccobella. Prettig personeel op de hele camping. Verder zijn wij eigenlijk niet van deze grote camping afgeweest. De winkel is compleet en wij hebben heerlijk gegeten af en toe bij het restaurant. Kortom een aanrader voor zonliefhebbers.

Ik moet toch even iets melden, ik ben niet een van de gasten die hier een accommodatie heeft gehuurd maar wel een hele dure staanplaats. Misschien dat jullie het anders voelen maar de prijzen op deze camping zijn de afgelopen jaren zowat verdubbeld, wij krijgen hier vies sanitair voor en veel storingen van het elektriciteitsnet met alle gevolgen van dien. Ik snap dat de klanten van de touroperators hier minder last van hebben, hebben immers hun eigen sanitair in de accommodatie en weten van te voren wat ze betalen. Daarom deze toch wel negatieve beoordeling, maar wij snappen dat het een beetje appels met peren vergelijken is. Het geld voor de Wifi kun je sowieso achterwege laten, werkt namelijk niet. Verder tot nu toe altijd een fijne vakantie op deze camping gehad.

Werkelijk bijna alles klopt op deze camping. Dus aanrader. De grootte van de camping heeft ons totaal niet gestoord. Alleen het strand was beetje krap.

Es war ein toller Urlaub auf einem gut ausgestatteten Platz. 5 Sterne-Sanitäranlagen: genügend, modern und permanent gereinigt. Sensationell fanden die Kinder (9 und 10 ) allerdings die erweiterte Poolanlage mit diversen Rutschen in den insgesamt drei größeren Pools. Die Zuglinie läuft zwar nahe an den Eurocamp Homes, hörbar aber nicht störend. Die Angebote auf dem Platz sind sehr gut und umfangreich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso wie das Unterhaltungsangebot und Restaurants. Die Pools sind hervorragend, am Strand wird sogar auf Sauberkeit geachtet.

Wow, wat een gigantische camping. Dat wisten we wel maar nooit eerder naar zo een grote camping geweest. Wij gaan meestal naar kleine boeren-campings. Maar onze kinderen vonden dit wel echt heel leuk. Vooral het meisje van het animatieteam (chrissy?), daar waren ze weg van. We hadden een mooie plek met veel schaduw.

Zeer grote mooie, zeker zeer propere camping waar je in principe alles kan krijgen wat je nodig hebt, een aanrader voor jong oud, groot middelgroot en kleine gasten er is voor elk wat wils.
