Camping Mareda is a large scale campsite, beautifully set in the middle of a forest right by the sea, which has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. You will stay in the nicest and newest part of the campsite: the Istrian Village. The central meeting place is in the centre of this Istrian village and has a playground, barbecue and a traditional well.

The camp site has a pebble beach and a rocky beach. You can swim, waterski or surf to your heart's content in the crystal clear waters of Croatia's west coast. You can practice other sports at Mareda's small sport centre such as minigolf and table tennis. The camp site organises all sorts of activities. If you are interested you can participate in Mareda's traditional 'blue night', the tennis tournament, the entertainment programme or the masked summer ball. You can enjoy delicious food in the camp site's grill restaurant.

The campsite is located between Novigrad and Umag. Novigrad is a historic town with an authentic old town with many restaurants, many of which are directly on the sea. The area is surrounded by vineyards producing lovely local wines. Porec has even more restaurants and shops. You are also very close to where the Mirna River flows into the sea which provides excellent opportunities to go on (boating) excursions.

Make time for a trip to the Baredine caves in Nova Vas, with a 66 metre deep ravine, which comes out in an underground sea. From the nearby Porec you can enjoy tours by hovercraft over the Adriatic Sea to for example Venice or Brioni. The Istrian countryside is made up of beautiful hills full of vineyards. Naturally you can taste and purchase the wine.
