Camping Les Aventuriers de la Calypso is 700 metres from Plage des Tonnelles in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, and around 200 metres from the Vélodyssée cycle route. From here you can explore the Vendée, a fantastic region on France’s west coast. The campsite has a lovely outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool, plus a water park with a splash zone, water slides, a sauna, hot tub and spa. For sporty guests there’s also a multi-sports court to burn off energy.

Perfect for water lovers
This lively campsite is close to the wide sandy beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. At the front of the campsite you’ll find the heated pool with slides and a children’s pool with a water play area, where even the youngest guests can splash around happily.

Family-friendly in the Vendée
The entertainment team makes sure you won’t be bored. While you enjoy a hit on the tennis court, older children can join an active sports programme and younger ones can have fun in the kids’ club. If there’s enough interest, you can take part in a horse ride through the dunes arranged from the campsite. Other great outings mentioned include a nearby karting track, a trip to the theme park Le Puy du Fou, or a boat excursion to Île d’Yeu.
