Camping Sol-à-Gogo has direct access to a superb beach and is an easy stroll from the resort of Les Mouettes. The fantastic swimming pool complex offers a refreshing alternative to the beach and the children will love the waterchutes and waterslides. Where else on the Vendée can you get a thoroughly modern parc with direct beach access and a pool with a quirky, Roman ruins-theme?

Stay at Sol à Gogo and it’s not a superb pool complex with water slides, covered pool and Jacuzzi that will keep everyone occupied. There’s direct access to a wonderful, sandy beach, as well as a host of kids’ activities that are organised on parc. Because of its beach-side location, pitches on this parc are sandy and on the smaller side. In high season the ‘animateur’ organises a range of activities including regular discos in the bar. Stay at Sol à Gogo and you’ll be treated to fun, laughter and a little ancient history thrown in for good measure!.

This destination is ideal for sunbathers! There are almost as many hours of sunshine here as in the South of France. In addition, there are also numerous opportunities for visiting museums and picturesque places. Examples include "Jardin du Vent" for windmills and other applications or Challans, well known for its vibrant markets on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings. Also visit the nearby Saint Hilaire de Riez with its many salt pans, a number of which are still in use.

The site is well-maintained, and facilities include a bar and a lively entertainment programme in high season. Some noise may be heard from the local road.
