Love pool life? Les Dunes has you covered with its excellent water complex - completed in 2024 - and sunny terraces, with indoor and covered pools. Whizz down brilliant twisty water slides and watch your toddlers have fun in the shallow paddling pool. Treat yourself to a massage, or book into the hair and beauty salon! If it’s sea spray and salty air you’re after, pay a visit to the nearby beach to try water sports like jet skiing, water skiing, windsurfing and wakeboarding.
Les Dunes is in a perfect spot – close to cultural Perpignan, alongside a lovely sandy stretch of beach, and with some of Roussillon’s most interesting medieval towns on its doorstep. You can even hop over the border to Spanish Catalonia.
Wave the children off at the kids’ club for treasure hunts and arts and crafts, and set yourself up for taking it easy. Take a trip to nearby Aqualand for more watery fun, head to the dazzlingly pretty artist’s town of Collioure, or stock up on delicious local produce at in Le Barcarès’ market, the largest in the region and a real feast for the senses.
At the end of the day, head to the parc restaurant, pizzeria or stock up at the grocery store or onsite bakery and sizzle something on the BBQ.

Les Dunes has a super water complex with two outdoor pools (one of which is covered), a kid’s pool, splash pool, water slides, including two twisty ones and a pretty waterfall. Little ones will love getting drenched at the splash playground – there are tipping buckets, water sprays and plenty of sprinklers. Prepare to get drenched!

Want to relax or treat yourself? The bar and restaurant are handily near your parc’s water park and the stage. The ice cream parlour promises to keep you cool as well. On the beach side, you can enjoy the straw hut to have a drink or a snack in the middle of the dunes with a view of the sea and the horizon: lounge atmosphere, hammocks, four-poster beds, parasols..does that sound like a holiday to you?

Local area
Les Dunes is in Torreilles, a coastal village about 10 km northeast of Perpignan. The old town is all historic pink buildings and sunny piazzas – perfect for sitting and people watching. Head to the nearby beach for the softest of sand, water sports, plus plenty of kiosks and cafes serving food and drink.
If you venture inland, you’ll encounter some charming medieval mountain villages such as Castelnou, complete with amazing views from the castle. You can even nip across the border for a day of beach hopping in Spain!
