Camping Parco delle Piscina is a beautiful, spaciously laid out campsite alongside the medieval Sarteano. This campsite is famous for its underground river containing natural spring water. The three pools on the park are filled with this natural spring water 24 degrees in temperature and without chlorine. Camping Parco delle Piscine is situated in the heart of the green Sienese hills, the cultural heritage of the antiche Etruria, at an altitude of 573m, in an impressive oasis of beauty and tranquillity. The famous cultural sites are nearby, there are three lovely swimming pools and, of course, every day the food is a feast. Really enjoy the genuine Italian lifestyle!

The focal points of the campsite are the swimming pools and children’s pool, fed by naturally warmed running springwater. One pool is exclusive to the campsite guests and is open from the end of June, whereas the other two are open to the public.

This is Tuscany at its most beautiful: culture, hills, cypresses, olive trees and vines. You will stay in the town of Sarteano right in the heart of the Tuscan hills. From the station of Chiusi in less than an hour by train, you can visit Florence, the city of Michelangelo, Dante, The Medici and Raphael. You can visit beautiful works of art, churches and squares. Closer by are the cultural sites of Montepulciano, Pienza and Orvieto. Or take a day trip to Siena or Perugia. You can also go on some lovely day trips to various famous wine cellars here in the Chianti region. Beautiful Umbria is just around the corner. Lake Trasimeno is within easy reach for a refreshing swim.
