Ardennen Camping Bertrix is located in one of the most beautiful places to camp in the Belgian Ardennes, between the historic towns of Bouillon and Bastogne. The small town of Bertrix on the River Semois is the ideal starting point for sports activities such as walking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing or a tough survival course. There is plenty to see in the neighbourhood: monasteries, castles and of course the right address for a delicious Belgian beer or a good glass of wine. Ardennen Camping Bertrix is a four star camp site in wooded surroundings, a hilly area with stunning views over the valley. Bertrix, beside the river Semois, is known as 'the city of slate'. The pleasant central square is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and is where markets and other events are organised.

The heated swimming pool with spectacular climbing attraction (the only one in Europe and 300m2 so the largest in the Ardennes). For the little ones there's a toddlers' pool with slide. For those who like to be active there's a big sports area with a soccer field, volleyball field and tennis court. Children will have the time of their lives in the playground, or join the unique 'survival' for kids. There are Rangers' lodges especially for the children where they can play and even sleep. Recommended for walkers and nature lovers. There are tremendous recreational possibilities and many first class amenities in this natural oasis. The camping pitches among the trees are very spacious. You can also rent a luxury mobile home here. A wonderful camp site for an active summer holiday or a lovely autumn holiday. The unspoilt nature of the Ardennes is at its most beautiful in late season. Everything is organised for the children, including the Super Kids Days. Prima vakantie gehad met leuke animatie. Minpunt het vreselijke sanitair bij onze plek. Zwembad verwarmd en het eten in restaurant goed en gezellig.

Wij hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. De camping is relatief duur, maar de voorzieningen zijn prima in orde. De kinderen hebben zich ondanks de regen toch goed kunnen vermaken in de overdekte ruimtes.

TIPS:

"De Ardennen zijn sowieso een mooie omgeving. Fietsen lukte ons niet zo best, want we zijn geen klimmers. Aangekomen bij de Leisteengroeve hebben we een leuke rondleiding gehad."

Werkelijk een fantastische omgeving. Veel groen, vrije natuur. Grote camping met alle faciliteiten centraal. Fijn dat hier Nederlands gesproken wordt. Allerlei activiteiten, leuk zwembad en speeltuin en het speelbos is een leuke extra.

TIPS:

"Bastogne is een bezoekje waard! Walibi ligt wat verder weg maar wel leuk als je hier toch bent. En als je toch onderweg bent kun je van hier uit makkelijk naar Frankrijk of Luxemburg."

Mooie camping in mooiste deel van de belgische ardennen. Onze gehuurde tent netjes maar sober.....maar s' avonds met kaarsjes een en al gezelligheid. Door de vele regen veel modder op onze plaats. Leuk animatieteam en super speelbos. Assortiment kampwinkel zeer beperkt maar diverse supermarkten in plaatsje Bertrix. Vanwege mindere weer steden bezocht zoals Bouillon en Bastogne. Sanitair matig...sensordouche werkte niet altijd. Niet fijn bij wat kouder weer. We gaan zeker nog eens terug maar hopelijk met meer zon.......

Huurtent is hier zelf geweest. Applaus voor het personeel, supergastvrij en aardig. Niets is te veel. Wij hebben op een mooie ruime schaduwrijke kampeerplaats gestaan. Mooie stevige ondergrond (gras). Het sanitair was nieuw en zag er perfect uit (ondanks de regen die dagen). Mooi ruim zwembad. Fijn restaurant met flinke kaart, dus keuze genoeg. Prettig personeel ook in het restaurant. De ligging is erg mooi, groen en uitkijkend over de heuvels van de Ardenne. Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Leuk Speelbos.
