Campsite Roland in North Limburg is situated in the beautiful Maasduinen area of natural beauty, amongst enchanting forests, heathland and water pools. Campsite Roland is the ideal campsite for a fantastic family holiday! The campsite is well equipped and features a heated swimming pool with water slides and a great lawn. You can also enjoy sports on the panna court, air trampoline, sports field, at the fishing pond or Bleijenbeek golf course (approx. 1 km away). You can while away the evenings with the family in the bar with mini disco, pool, TV and panorama terrace.

The delightful café will make your stay complete. The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling, where you will discover picturesque villages, beautiful heathland and rich woodland. The area around campsite Roland also offers a number of excursions, from attraction parks (Toverland, Hemelrijk) to museums and from zoos to authentic Limburg towns.

You can take a dip in the well-designed swimming pool, which is heated bu solar energy and has a 40m long waterslide. The youngest guests have their own play pool and playground. There's a multifunctional sports ground, and in high season you can join in with one of the many entertainment activities, such as archery, billiards or darts. Your daily needs are to be found in the campsite's store, and there's a good reatuarant for snacks or dinner.

Camping Roland is a perfect base for trips into the hilly area around Groesbeek, where ice age glaciers created an idyllic landscape. Visit Venlo with its medieval centre, and don't forget to go to Nijmegen too: a bustling students' city with striking remains from Roman times. Do you like golf? Just a short walk from the campsite you'll find two 18-hole golf courses, where some interesting classes are held especially for tourists. Germany is only a stone's throw away. Pick a sunny morning to take your bike on the ferry across the river to Boxmeer - it's a pretty place.
