Riva Bella

Beschrijving

Less than 3 kilometers from the Normandy coast, directly on the River Orne, you will find Camping Riva Bella. From here, discover the Côte de Fleurie and the nature reserve around the campsite. On the campsite itself there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, covered with a sliding roof. You will also find two playgrounds for children in the park. You can do your daily shopping at the campsite supermarket, but you will also find several supermarkets near the campsite.

Nice green, well-maintained campsite with new owner
Since the new owner has invested a lot here, you can speak of a beautiful and well-maintained campsite. A new swimming pool, new bungalows and beautifully renovated sanitary facilities. There is a terrace by the heated swimming pool where you can order drinks and snacks. Guests appreciate the spa, sauna and jacuzzi. There is plenty to do for children in the pirate playgrounds. You can buy the most necessary food in the small camping shop. On the other side of the campsite you will find several large supermarkets. During the high season, activities are organized for guests.

D-Day and beach excursions
In the area you will find several nice sights within short distances. Omaha Beach, known for the D-Day invasion, is only 60 kilometers away. The famous Francette cycle route is also close to the campsite, and you can easily cycle over it to the city of Caen. Caen is well preserved and offers you a lot of information about the history of Normandy. Visit the many abbeys and the citadel.
