Camping Domaine de l'Etang is a small-scale 4-star campsite situated between the cities of Angers and Saumur. The site is centred around an old farmhouse belonging to the Château de Brissac. It is a spacious, well-maintained, and green family campsite with modern facilities, located in a quiet spot perfect for exploring the Anjou vineyards and the Loire River.

Water Fun and Farm Animals
There is plenty of opportunity for swimming and playing. This child-friendly site features a modern swimming pool (which can be covered), a heated toddler pool, and a small lake suitable for fishing. The main building houses the reception, where you can also purchase delicious wine produced from the campsite's own vineyard. A recreation park is located nearby, offering pedalos and bouncy castles. On-site, children will love the farm animals and the organised donkey rides.

Comfort and Cycling
In the summer, the restaurant is open for simple but tasty meals, and during July and August, there are various activities for the whole family. Cooking yourself but hate the washing up? Just use one of the dishwashers provided—completely free of charge! The campsite is ideal for families with primary school-aged children seeking a relaxed atmosphere. Cycling enthusiasts can explore over 630 km of cycle paths through vineyards and along riverbanks. Follow the river to discover various castles, including the nearby Château de Brissac. Day trip suggestions include the city of Angers with its impressive ramparts, the historic city of Nantes, or a drive to the Atlantic coast.
