Holacamp Camping Albufeira is a spacious family campsite with 600 pitches, located in the heart of the Portuguese Algarve. The location offers an excellent base for exploring the well-known coastline. The beach of Albufeira is a five-minute drive away, while Praia da Luz is over three kilometres away. The campsite retains an authentic Portuguese character and combines this with a lively atmosphere. It is a suitable destination for guests wishing to alternate sun and beach with the comprehensive facilities of a large holiday park.

Pools and facilities
Centrally located on the grounds is a fan-shaped pool complex featuring three pools. There is a large pool for swimming lengths, a second pool for cooling down, and a dedicated splash pool for toddlers. For sports and relaxation, tennis courts, an indoor gym, and fitness classes are available. For meals, guests can visit the restaurant, which serves Portuguese specialties and fresh fish, or the pizzeria for wood-fired pizzas. Additionally, the campsite has three bars, a shop, and a launderette. During the high season, there is an activity programme for children and evening entertainment.

The town centre and marina
Three kilometres from the campsite lies the town of Albufeira. This coastal resort offers a balance between old and new. The historic centre consists of cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings, and traditional restaurants serving the regional dish cataplana. Alongside the old buildings and bars, the town features a modern marina. Here, one can dine by the water overlooking the yachts.

Beaches and coastline
The region is known for its beaches with golden sand, rust-coloured rock formations, and bays with clear water. The coastline is well-suited for walks along the Atlantic Ocean. In the vicinity, there are opportunities for water sports, such as paddleboarding, or boat trips to spot dolphins. For a day out, a water park can be found just over twenty-one kilometres away.
