The Carnac beaches and Port de la Trinité are 2.5 miles away for those wanting to unwind at the seaside. For those who'd prefer to stay on the campsite, Camping Domaine de Kermario has plenty of facilities catering to all types of visitor and is perfect for families: there’s a fantastic swimming pool with deckchairs, a children’s pool and a covered pool. Children can play to their heart’s content in the playground, and there is also a ping-pong table. Other sports provided for at campsite Domaine de Kermario are volleyball, basketball and boules.

The town of Auray, with its attractive medieval harbour of St-Goustan, is a fine place to visit. Morbihan Bay (a sheltered sea dotted with islets) is well worth a boat trip. The region where campsite Domaine de Kermario is situated lends itself excellently to trekking, whether on foot or by mountain bike. Children, too, will not go bored in this part of France: there are adventure parks to visit and a museum of prehistory.
