Camping Île du Rhin is a campsite located on the river Rhine, close to the German border, offering shaded camping pitches. Located between Colma and Freiburg, the campsite is the perfect place to relax in this unique region of France. Choose pitches surrounded by hedgerows, with or without shade. Campsite Île du Rhin is the starting point for journeys of discovery – hiking along the water's edge, boat trips or cycle excursions along the many routes the area has to offer. The campsite also offers the opportunity to go waterskiing.

There's no need to cook every day as the campsite offers a snack bar, pizzeria and restaurant with plenty of choice. Regional specialities include Sauerkraut, Flammkuchen and 'saucisse de Strasbourg'. The campsite also offers fresh bread for sale. Internet access is available on several computers, plus there is also a WiFi hotspot.

If you'd like to explore a little further afield, Neuf Brisach with the fortifications of Vauban (5 km), Freiburg (25 km) or the Europa Park (largest attraction park in Europe, 35 km away) are good suggestions. The campsite boasts good toilet facilities, a play area and sports area, where you can enjoy basketball, volleyball, table tennis, archery or jeu de boules. The adjacent (covered) swimming pool is free of charge for campers at campsite Île du Rhin.
