Camping La Baie du Kernic is located in the charming atmosphere of Brittany. Steep cliffs alternate with inviting sandy beaches, old fishing villages and well known fishing towns like Plouescat all along this coast. The campsite is easy to reach from both Ireland and the UK, with Roscoff port situated just 15 miles away. The site itself is perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Brittany. Onsite there are all the facilities that you need for an enjoyable holiday - a bar, a take-away and a place to get freshly-baked bread for breakfast.The camp site has a unique location: 100 metres from the La Baie du Kernic, and nothing is allowed to be built in the area in between. The beach is 200 metres away. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. Moreover the camp site has its own leisure pool with a heated outdoor pool, children's pool and indoor pool. The excellent facilities at the camp site ensure an unforgettable camping holiday.
There is plenty of delicious delicacies available in Roscoff so be sure to try some fo the fresh seafood and traditional Breton crepes. There is a miniclub for young guests aged 4 to 12. You will discover many sights in the area around La Baie du Kernic camp site. Océanopolis in Brest is a nice trip out for the whole family and is within one hour's drive.

De camping en deze mooie Franse regio hebben veel pluspunten. De ligging in de duinen en vlakbij zee is echt fijn. De camping is niet superdeluxe maar wel heel gastvrij en gezellig met een ongedwonen sfeer. Wij hebben van hieruit veel uitstapjes gemaakt.
TIPS:
"Roscoff, Ille de batz, markt Plousecat op zaterdagochtend, Aquarium van Brest"

Hele fine camping lekker dicht bij de zee. Gastvrije eigenaar. Genoten bij erg mooi weer.

Dit is echt en typische franse camping, 'Met franse slag'. Het is niet bijster schoon of goed onderhouden. Het personeel is wel heel aardig en behulpzaam en het restaurant is ook niet fantastisch. Je moet hier niet komen als je hele hoge eisen hebt. Maar het is niet slecht, er is een hele mooi baai en strand in de buurt en er zijn veel mooie plekken in de omgeving.

Deze camping ligt natuurlijk in een prachtige regio, Bretagne, heerlijk een fantastische plek zeker als de zon schijnt. Wij hadden geluk en hebben genoten van het buitenzwembad en de ligging vlak bij zee. Plouscat is een leuk plaatsje. Prettig personeel. Wij hebben gefietst en genoten van het heerlijke weer en het fantastische eten.

Wij zijn hier vorig jaar 2 weken geweest. Onze kinderen hebben zich geen moment verveeld. Sanitair is het enige minpuntje, kon beter!! Verder een nette camping. Het winkeltje is klein. Je kunt er heerlijk fietsen en wandelen en de camping ligt direct aan het strand.
