Camping Le Vieux Moulin is quietly and conveniently located between the Gironde estuary and the Atlantic Ocean. Its green surroundings and spacious layout create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. The sandy beaches of Soulac-sur-Mer and Montalivet are just a short drive away.

Water fun for everyone
The attractive lagoon-style pool is perfect for families. The outdoor pool is designed with children in mind, and right next to it you’ll find a playground where kids can play safely. When the weather is less favourable, the indoor swimming pool is a welcome extra. The area is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike, with plenty of cycling and walking paths along the coast and through the wide vineyards of the Médoc. The beaches are also easy to reach by bike or by car.

From the campsite, you can cycle straight into the Médoc to admire the vineyards and impressive châteaux. Through vast pine forests, the popular Vélodyssée cycle route leads you all the way to the Atlantic coast. Along the way, you’ll pass long sandy beaches near Montalivet and Soulac-sur-Mer, as well as the peaceful Lac d’Hourtin.
