Camping Charmant, a small-scale and child-friendly glamping campsite in the Lot-et-Garonne region (southwest France), is nestled in the heart of the green French countryside. The Dutch owners of this small campsite are very hospitable. Enjoy stunning views of the rolling countryside. Plenty to see and do at this small, green glamping campsite
The campsite is located near the village of Verteuil-d'Agenais and is spacious, so children can play with their new friends. The beautiful, enclosed swimming pool is inviting, surrounded by lounge chairs. If you want to cool off, you can do so in the pool, and there's a paddling pool for our youngest guests. Enjoy a good book and a refreshing drink on the poolside terrace.

The large playground and playing field are places where children can play for hours, and the farm animals love to be pampered. During peak season, there's a fun marshmallow evening once a week. At the campsite, you'll find a small shop where you can order fresh bread and croissants every day. The Bistro terrace is a great place to enjoy the weekly BBQ or the convivial Table d'hôte – you can easily register for these. And for pizza lovers: the pizza delivery service comes to the campsite three times a week. A real treat!

If you're staying at a camping site or in one of the safari tents, you can use the beautiful sanitary facilities. For a little extra luxury, book a safari tent with private sanitary facilities for five people.

From the campsite, you can easily visit the Château des Vallons, which offers a magnificent view of the charming village of Verteuil-d'Agenais. Or discover the Château des Ducs de Duras, less than 38 kilometers from the campsite, and feel like a princess or perhaps a knight. Duras also has a lively weekly market – perfect for a day trip.

Towns and villages such as Penne-d’Agenais (a medieval fortified town), Nérac, Monflanquin (Les Plus Beaux Villages de France), and Pujols are also highly recommended for culture lovers.
