A glamorous camping holiday, or Glamping for short, to Italy will become a great experience when going to Agriturismo Gli Asini Felici ("The Happy Donkeys"). Discover the valleys of Pescia and Uzzano en enjoy the rolling hills of Tuscany. This campsite can be called a mini-campsite for sure, as they only have one single pitch. The pitch is located next to the farm, which produces ecological products, and between the vineyard. This ensures the view is breathtaking, and with clear weather you might be able to see Lucca and the Monte Serra mountain.

Rental accomodations for Glamping
Agriturismo Gli Asini Felici has multiple accommodations available for a luxurious holiday. You can rent one of the two fully equipped appartments (Fontana and Fornellino). A bit further from the farm Gli Asini Felici rents out two fully equipped safaritents (max 2-4 persons) and a lodge for max 4 persons. On the terrain of the farm you can also rent a basic caravan, which has a stunning view. Last but definately not least, for basic camping you can rent a De Waard tent for max 4 persons. This tent is great for if you want to go back to basics, and experience real camping. Or as a extra accommodation when you are with a larger group.

You can certainly call Gli Asini Felici a child-friendly campsite in the Pistoia regio. On the farm grounds you can pet the farm animals, they have dogs, cats and two donkeys! It is possible to bring your own dog (2 max., always communicate this with the campsite), and you can even reserve a doghouse. The kids will have plenty of room to play, build their own cabins, of climb in trees. Gli Asinin Felici has a swimming pool where they can cool off. During the high season the owners will welcome you with a hot meal.

Tuscany as a holiday region
Tuscany is a beloved holiday destination. With cities like Pisa and Florence closeby the campsite this is the perfect place to explore the region. Other cities worth exploring are Lucca, Pistoia and Siena, and a bit closer by we would suggest Montecatini Alto, Collodi and Pescia.

In the nearby surroundings you can hike and bike, and you can find multiple routes. But be carefull, due to the rolling Tuscan hills, the routes can be quite challenging. In the region you can find multple small vineyards, where you can drop by and taste some of their wines, as well as some foods.
