This friendly campsite is located in the middle of green surroundings and only 25 kilometers from the city of Groningen and only 12 kilometers from the Drenthe capital Assen. The campsite is surrounded by nature and is located on the border with the provinces of Groningen and Friesland. You camp here on pitches with private sanitary facilities or without and you can also opt for a comfortable stay, how about a luxury bungalow or chalet?

You might think they couldn't make it more fun. Then how about a luxury Hooikiep, this is a kind of tiny house, luxuriously furnished with, for example, a combi oven, dishwasher and massage shower.

Children have plenty of space at this green campsite. They can also play and romp in the playground or at the splash pool. During the school holidays, the entertainment team provides fun discovery tours through the forest, fun mornings with crafts, baking cookies or sporting challenges. And on the terrace near the canteen or the beautiful restaurant you can enjoy a snack and a drink or perhaps a delicious ice cream. And for the parents who want to completely relax, there is also a Finnish sauna (€) on the campsite.

And then it is summer and the temperature is rising, no problem at camping Norgerberg because there is a nice swimming pool with terrace. And if the weather is against it, the pool can also be covered. There is a paddling pool for the youngest children.

Hidden between the woods and heaths is a fantastic cycling landscape. Don't forget to pack your walking shoes as there are many beautiful hiking trails. Groningen and Assen are a short distance for a day of shopping. You will also find nice museums here, such as the Drents museum in Assen. The Nienoord family park in Leek or the toy museum in Roden are great fun for children. And for an exciting hike you go to Drouwen, walk through the root tunnel or along the treetop path.
