If you are a water sports enthusiast, then this campsite near the fortified town of Brielle in South Holland is definitely in the right place. Three-star camping site de Meeuw is located directly on Lake Brielse and has many water sports options. Furthermore, on a beautiful sunny day, you can fully enjoy one of the two beaches here. You can also moor your boat at the campsite marina. There are approximately 160 berths.

Child-friendly campsite by the water
During the school holidays, fun activities are organized on the campsite. Furthermore, the children can play and meet friends in the playground at the campsite. For the older children there is a place at the youth center. And on beautiful sunny days they are of course all by the water. There are 2 beautiful beaches at the campsite for a wonderful day at the water. There is a nice climbing frame on one of the beaches and plenty of sandcastles can be built. And after a day on or on the water you can enjoy a delicious lunch or extensive meal at the cozy restaurant.

Plenty of water sports, cycling and walking
Lake Brielse is truly a fantastic place for water sports enthusiasts. Various mooring options, nice beaches and many catering establishments. You can sail, surf, swim in this entire area. We are in the Netherlands and so there are several walking and cycling paths. There are also several beautiful North Sea beaches a short distance away. The child-friendly sandy beach at Rockanje is only 10 minutes by car. The dune area connects behind Rockanje to the Voornes dune area, one of Europe's most beautiful nature reserves. And visit the new beach along Maasvlakte 2. A great place for kite surfers.
