campsite EuroParcs Kohnenhof, Luxembourg
In the beautiful Our valley lies family campsite EuroParcs Kohnenhof. The Kohnenhof is a beautiful child-friendly campsite/holiday park located in a wooded area on the banks of the river Our in the north-east of Luxembourg. In this part of Luxembourg, the forests stretch as far as the horizon. So expect beautiful nature, authentic villages and beautiful walking and cycling paths in the vicinity of the campsite. From the campsite and the holiday park you can walk or cycle straight into the countryside by suspension bridge. Unspoilt nature, picturesque villages and the strategic location with Germany on the other side of the river make this holiday park a very special holiday destination. You stay here in luxurious and comfortably furnished chalets. There are also spacious camping pitches by the water. Kohnenhof holiday park also has a restaurant with a cosy terrace and a shop.
Children are more than welcome at this campsite.
There is an extensive activity programme. There is a nice playing field, playground and football field. Then there's the river: one kilometre of river for swimming, fishing, boating and building dams. Walkers and sporty cyclists can also enjoy themselves here. There are dozens of hiking and mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity. Children also have a great time at the beautiful playground, at the table tennis table, the interactive sports field or (with a fishing licence) fishing on the side of the Our.
Luxembourg is only 3 to 4 hours' drive from the Netherlands and has a surprising amount of culture and nature. The campsite/holiday park is perfect for visiting and getting to know the Ardennes, the Eifel and towns like Vianden, Clervaux and Luxembourg.
