Camping La Presqu’ìle is a superb four-star campsite in Barcarès. The campsite is only 900 metres away from the beautiful beaches of Port-Bacarès. A wonderful place to spend the holiday together with your children. In the swimming centre of this campsite in France you can make use of the indoor pool, waterslide, jacuzzi and paddling pool. Or you can enjoy the outside swimming pool with water slide and sunbathing area. The swimming centre is located opposite the campsite. You only need to cross a quiet road to be able to spend the day putting your feet up and relaxing.

In high season there is an amusement programme for the whole family. The kids'club welcomes children up to six years for various programmes, bouncy castles and games in the playgrounds. Children up to twelve can join in on all kinds of recreational activities and teenagers up to sixteen can participate in various sports activities. During your stay the entertainment team will be organising sportive and recreational activities as well as cultural outings and excursions for the whole family. Sports facilities are available for the whole family, such as a multi-sports area, a playground, a tennis court, table tennis, billiards and boules. You can unwind completely in the spa. Or maybe you would prefer a sportive outing and would like to explore the surroundings on a bicycle rented at the campsite. In the evenings you are welcome in the campsite's bar to spend a pleasant evening with your family during themed nights, parties or dancing evenings. Between partying and doing sports you might want to surf the internet at the WiFi hotspot or rent a television to watch your favourite programmes. Foodies are also catered to: you can rent a barbecue and grill delicious food from the grocery shop or minimarket. In the mornings you can of course get your bread at the shop and in the evenings you can choose between a snack bar and a take-out service.

There are all kinds of options for sportive activities near camping La Presqu’ìle, such as horse riding at the stables or following the various biking itineraries. Another fun recreational activity is making a boat tour on the sea, which is less than a kilometre away from the campsite. Why not visit Port-Bacarès to admire the harbour. Or admire the church and chapel. Camping La Presqu’ìle is located in Languedoc-Roussillon, which means a day-trip to Spain is also a possibility. Closer to the campsite are Canet-en-Roussillon and Perpignan, which have all the delights of a large city, such as various parks, churches and cathedrals, a palace, various museums and of course many shops.
