Camping Les Coteaux du Lac is in Chemillé-sur-Indrois in the Indre-et-Loire department. This area lies centrally in the Loire Valley, famous for its beautiful châteaux and authentic villages. The village is 60 km south of Tours and has its own 35-hectare recreation lake.

A top waterside location
At Camping Les Coteaux du Lac you camp right next to Lake Chemillé. Surrounded by greenery and French sunshine, this well-kept campsite is a wonderfully relaxing place to unwind. At the small recreation beach you can hire pedal boats, rowing boats and canoes.

The pitches average around 120 m², set on neatly maintained grass, and the hedges provide plenty of privacy. There are also dedicated pitches for motorhomes. Prefer a touch of comfort? The campsite also rents out comfortable chalets and fully equipped tents. The 10 chalets are located on a hill just outside the village and enjoy views over the lake.

Fun for children
Football and basketball on the multi-sports court, letting off steam in the playground with a bouncy cushion, table tennis, joining kids’ club activities, playing games in the recreation room, enjoying exciting (children’s) shows, climbing and exploring in the woods — there’s loads for children to do on and around the campsite. There’s also a heated outdoor pool with a slide, plus terraces and sun loungers. Table tennis, a playground round, bike hire or a game of volleyball — there’s plenty to keep everyone busy. Just 100 m from Camping Les Coteaux du Lac there’s a snack bar by the recreation beach.
