La Pinede (Excenevex)

Campéole la Pinède is beautifully located on the famous Lake Geneva (Lac Leman), on the southern shores, a piece of France (Savoy) between the city of Geneva and the Swiss canton of Valais. The new leisure pool will be open from the beginning of July and includes a large pool with a toddlers' pool, a wellness bath with massage jets and a swimming pool with a wellness corner. La Pinède camp site has a wonderfully natural feel with attractive, marked out pitches between the pine trees on slightly undulating grounds. You can get all your daily supplies in the large camp shop and there is also a restaurant.

You can walk onto the wide sandy beach from La Pinède camp site! The shallow water in the lake deepens gradually here, making it an exceptionally suitable place to swim with small children. You can try surfboarding or rent a boat, there are all sorts of play equipment and beach bars where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. The high peaks of the French Alps form a magnificent backdrop!

La Pinède is situated by the town of Excenevex in the French Alps. In the surrounding area you can visit the medieval town of Yvoire, or maybe take in an interesting city tour. A day out in Geneva or Montreux on Lake Geneva's eastern shores for example. The French resort of Thonon-les-Bains is close to the camp site. On the lake you can take boat trips or hire a pedalo, and every Thursday morning you can visit the market in Thonon les Bains.
Truly magnificent routes through the Alps take you high up to Habère-Poche or the mountain village of Morzine-Avoriaz, renowned for the Tour de France. So you can combine your lakeside holiday with some time camping in the Alps.
